Refund policy
We will reimburse customer for wrong product or damaged item. We do everything we can to ensure safe delivery of our product, however Tallow can be temperature sensitive and it is shipped in glass. If Customer is unhappy with the product, we will offer a substitute product of equal value OR refund. Shipping costs are not included in refund.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement item.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Refunds will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
