Cooking Tallow

Have you tried cooking with tallow yet? It’s a great alternative to seed oils. Tallow is unique in that it has a very low melting point and a high smoke point. It’s an excellent choice in substitution for most anything you would have used a seed oil in. On the Blackstone, Cast Iron Pan, or skillet… FANTASTIC. 

Our steers are not treated with vaccines, antibiotics, or steroids. Clean, pure, and healthy is our goal. Our animals are grass fed and grain finished. They are not on grain for more than 60 days, however. 

Hunters, tallow is the best to get fat cooked into all that awesome lean meat you will be bringing home :)
